Technical Director
James has 21 years of construction experience, including time with Tier 1 main contractors, specialist subcontractors and his own roofing subcontracting businesses.
As Technical Director, he brings practical site knowledge to Rock Materials’ single ply membrane support, helping project teams reduce flat roof risk, improve coordination and move towards a smoother handover.

Operations Director
Carl has worked in single ply roofing for almost 40 years and has served on the board of the Single Ply Roofing Association.
He brings deep practical and technical knowledge to Rock Materials, helping project teams understand what works, what fails and how to avoid common flat roof problems before they become costly defects.

Business Development Lead
Shahrin has over 28 years’ construction industry experience, including as Managing Director of a CIDB Grade G7 construction company in Malaysia.
He has strong government and private-sector experience, plus an extensive network of consultants, architects, developers, and industry stakeholders supporting project delivery and business growth.
